A feel-good comedy with an extremely important underlying message. It was so great to see Adam Pally again, I absolutely loved him in the show ‘Happy Endings’! He played with Sarah Burns as two teachers who are also very good friends. Both being unhappy with their love lives, they decide to become more fun-loving and carefree. Making changes to both their lifestyles and appearances, they say goodbye to their so-called “dorky” personalities and embark on a summer full of parties, alcohol, and sex.
I know what you’re all thinking… here comes yet another rom-com with a typical ending?! While this may partially be the case, I personally think the real beauty of this movie is both the acting and the moral to the story.. Be okay with being yourself!
