Well, it’s official, second time I’ve done this test. After taking it the first time, even though the results sounded right, I still wanted to double check just to make sure. I had been wanting to do this test for quite a while, and then finally bit the bullet, as they say. It turns out, I am what they call an ‘INFP’… what does this mean? I shall try to explain…
INTROVERT: Now, this one came as a shock to me. I always thought I was quite the extrovert. I mean, I love being with people! But, as I read more about it, I realized that the two don’t negate each other. I really do love being with people, but I also enjoy being alone. There’s nothing like spending some quality time with pet rat Joey, while blogging or watching one of my favorite shows. These times refuel my energy to go see people out in the world once again.
INTUITIVE: Focusing on the details of things is not my forte. This part of the test shows that I am more into the bigger picture, which is great, except that apparently I would rather deal with things that could possibly happen in the future than with things that are happening in reality. What could possibly go wrong?!
FEELING: This one deals with how I make decisions. It seems that I focus more on how people feel about situations, rather than on the logical parts of them. Again I say, what could possibly go wrong?!
PERCEIVING: Keeping options open to see what’s out there? It appears I tend to delay making important decisions… oy vey!
Well, this seems like a disaster waiting to happen? Should I be worried?? It seems that according to this test I just took, I am quite the idealist, so I guess this would mean that I’m not worried!
