What an interesting writing prompt! It could definitely lead to some very bad outcomes though. So, I will use this as a chance for some constructive criticism, as opposed to an attack on someone specific. Here goes…
My Dearest Uber,
I have been a very loyal customer of yours for quite some time now. Your services have made my life much easier. The quick rides offered at lower rates are truly an amazing gift to both my daily life and my bank account. Especially during these cold and slippery months. Then the news of your being legalized back in September was a real win for us all. I could not have been happier. However, I feel as though this is when certain changes were noticeable. Prices being raised is one thing, fairly acceptable and even expected. But sadly, this change also came along with a decline in the service you provide. More often than not, drivers began making directional mistakes when driving, and thus charging a higher fare. This, combined with the new pricing system predicting an exact fare, has forced me to lodge a few complaints your way. While I really greatly appreciate your refunds and apologies, the issues remain. As there is no longer a range provided with the fare expectation, the resulting fare is often questionable. Other than these difficulties, I am still quite the fan of your service. As a customer, I shall remain loyal, but do highly recommend a few revisions to your services. I trust that the appropriate steps will be taken.
