Hey there! Hope you’re all doing fantastically well!
First, I’d like to take a minute to say a HUGE THANK YOU to everyone who participated in my AMA in these past few weeks!! Wow, what an experience! As you guys must know, I have a Facebook page for this blog where I share all my posts. Well, the shocking thing is, my post about the AMA reached a whopping 1787 people! Never seen that number there before, the best I usually do is about 300. So, again, thanks for all your support!!
Second, I really must apologize, folks, I haven’t written in a while. You know, the busy unemployed life + Wentworth = well, a Zoey that didn’t blog for a while. But! To make it up to my lovely and loyal readers, I have a special guest post for you today, as promised! I am so very honoured to present to you, the brilliants works of my newest co-admin, Jessie Butler! Over at Nerdy Book Life, she writes about books and mental health. What a cool combo! I definitely recommend checking out her stuff! I don’t talk about it much, but I have anxiety, so the topic of mental health is really important to me. Jessie’s blog has helped me out a lot already, so I feel very lucky to be sharing her wisdom with you guys too!

Rainy Days and Mental Health
Hey Zoey’s Peeps! I’m visiting today over from Nerdy Book Life and wanted to thank Zoey for this guest opportunity! Now, onto my post!
I honestly feel like rainy days are the best days for your mental health. It can be the perfect day to relax and have a calm and quiet day for your mind. It’s also the perfect time to declutter your space, since you know it’s raining outside. So, I have some ideas for you to conquer your mental health on a rainy day.
Clean out your closet: Go through everything and make KEEP, THROW AWAY, and DONATE piles. Then move on to the next thing you want to declutter and soon all the declutter will make you feel better.
Write, Write, and Write: Just take out a journal and write whatever has been on your mind.
Color/Sketch: Find something to color and go for it and have fun. Or grab some paper and a pencil and sketch a picture of something on your mind.
Take a nap!: This one happens to be my favorite, I love my naps!
Read!: This one is of course, my second favorite because I happen to read no matter what the weather. But, reading while it’s raining is my all-time favorite.

Wow, awesome post, those tips are super helpful! Gen and I recently did some decluttering, and I can honestly say that it does do wonders for the mental health! Writing is also one of my go-to’s.
