Zoey Valuated Reviews – Movies and TV Shows!

Hey guys, hope all is good in your world right now!

The Oscars were so fun last week, weren’t they? We enjoyed the show sitting in my mom’s living room with several of our dear friends. Such a great evening! A group of my favorite people, delicious food and a lot of, “WHO are they wearing?!”… what could be better?! Anyways, to the point. With it being Oscar season, I’ve been thinking quite a bit about movies, surprise surprise. Long story short, I’ve decided to start a new segment on my blog… movie and TV show reviews! For those of you who have been reading my blog from the start, you may remember that this is kinda how I started… reviewing things. Why not incorporate all my interests into the blog? Why would I limit myself, right? Famous last words, I know. Well, we shall see…

I thought I’d include all of you lovely readers, and invite all of you to submit a review of your favorite TV show or movie. If the mood should strike you, please feel free to contact me, and we can chit chat about your ideas 🙂

But, first…

Really excited for this segment to start,

Each and every review, to be an art.

Vicious, happy, funny movies and more,

Including also TV show reviews galore.

Everyone will hopefully enjoy this,

Why wouldn’t they love such bliss?

Soon, you’ll all thank me with a kiss 😉

Yes, very very cheesy, I know. Just trying to get my point across… I am so excited! I seriously can’t wait to get this started. I have one guest post coming sometime this week already! Woot! Also… I shall be creating a list of guest post guidelines, so stay tuned!

Until then, fire away with any and all review suggestions you may have!

Thanks for going on this journey with me, you are all amazing! <3

If we”re talking the most “important awards ADAPTED SCREENPLAY – I”ve only seen Logan. It would mean a lot to me if the Oscars finally recognized the artistic merit of superhero movies, as well as genre films in general. But alas, my instincts tell me Call Me By Your Name”s got this. ORIGINAL SCREENPLAY – My favorite award, and yet I”m not too thrilled about the nominees. I haven”t seen Lady Bird, nor do I want to. Big Sick was unique, but I think culture clashes have been done to death. Billboards was perhaps the most original overall, but the structure was all over the place. I”m gonna vote Shape of Water due to its blending of genres. It was a love movie, a sci-fi movie, a period movie, a monster movie, a comedy (at times), and at one point, a musical. But if it”s gonna lose, it might as well be to Get Out. writers help
